What does ‘Top hat, ghost, lipstick, jack-o’-lantern mean?
The title of the question is already clear and concise. However, the body is missing, which may leave readers without sufficient context. Here's an expanded and refined version of the question's body:
"I'm curious about the meaning behind the combination of symbols: 'top hat, ghost, lipstick, and jack-o’-lantern.' Are these symbols part of a cultural reference, a specific trend, or something else entirely? Could someone explain their significance or the context in which they are commonly used?"

I know the kid who read the monologue. Even he has no clue what it means. Even after all the attention he got he still asked afterwards what it meant. Lol. I'm not sure if it was meant to be so bad it's funny -my best guess is that this obviously doesn't make sense despite what some professor is saying about visual communication being better. This translating into a joke obviously didn't work out.
