It tends to mean that you are a generous or caring person. The heart is traditionally connected with sympathy and compassion in language hence metaphors such as “find it in your heart…”, “my heart went out to them…” etc. I’m not sure the origin of this, it might have to do with the equation of heart with the sanguine in medieval ‘medicine’ and the sanguine with more emotive feelings of compassion or else it may well be older.

At this site you can solve your problem really fast: RATESCOMPARE.INFO- RE What does “too big to fail” mean? Somebody told me “too big to fail” means: “Imagine you own all the properties on the Monopoly board. That means you keep billing people who have no income whatsoever. Having relocated all your “Monopoly Company” funds to your personal bank account (i.e. your pocket), you now have no money left in your Monopoly Company to pay your “Income Tax” and “Community Chest” charges. So you have your puppet lawyer (a fake person representing “you”) file bankruptcy in your conveniently and personally established legal industrial complex. No other people around the board have any money to buy you out. So, you’re too big to fail. Since you’re the only “government,” the government (you) just cancels your debt, puts a few reserve bucks in other peoples hands (bank credit cards), and forces them to go around the board until they permanently land in jail — where they become industrial slaves in your prison industrial complex.” Is this right? Or what does “too big to fail” mean?

1 The person who said it, might have said it, just because you gave him or her what they wanted. Selfish reasons for saying it.

2 it can also mean that you touched that person, in a very REAL way.

Its up to you to understand, how they meant it. This doesn’t deny, that they could have meant it the number 1 way, but you would have to go inside and find the answer, as to what way they meant it.
