I don't know about ESA, but my experience with emuparadise.org has been mostly positive. Go to Google, type in "doperom," and go to the first link you see. This site is very good and has no ESA protected sh1t. Just make sure you download the right rom because some of them are from different countries, have different languages, and so forth. Try to make sure that the rom you are trying to download has a capital "E" at the end of the name.

Philip A downloading ROMs is not illegal the definition of pirating is takeing something that isnt yours then makeing a profit off of it. so as long as hes not making money its not illegal oh and all good roms are at http://www.rombomb.com/

www.romulation.net RomUlation is great. Has almost everything except last-gen consoles, PC, and PSP. Requires you to register, but is completely clean. No malware, spam, or other things of the sort.

emuparadise has evry gba game ever released and is up to date on NDS games. Don't know abou the other consols though.
