Because the acid in a dog's stomach is 10 000 times stronger than humans' , the pop rocks explode more in the dog's stomach and this causes teeny tiny cuts in the tummy. They should heal after a few days though. Make sure you give some Diet Coke and mentos to help wash it down. I'm only joking. Before someone yells at me, don't give your dog Diet Coke and Mentos, it would be very mean, plus Diet products are dangerous for dogs. The chemical xylitol in them is toxic to them. ( It's probably not good for us either.) I think if you gave your dog pop rocks it would get scared. So that would be mean too. Oh and I was joking about the teeny tiny cuts too. It won't do anything, other than maybe scare your poor dog.
