Ingested in large amounts would be harmfull but trace amounts after shooting or hand-loading would have little effect. You should always wash your hand after hunting or hand loading as there is lead in the bullets and some primers used. As a bullet is pushed down a barrel some lead is also shaved off and sent downrange with the bullet.
