A friend notified me on Facebook that I am in a video on www.tagvidz.com. How can I find and view it?

you didnt click on that link, did you? if you did, you just fell for viral spam… it’s not real
The domain is only 2 days old, it is based in China and has a very bad reputation already – looks like it may be trying to use facebook to install malware on your computer:

I received the same thing on FB. However, since my page is on lock, it was a comment to a Happy Birthday message I put on a friend’s wall.
So glad that my page is on lockdown. I’m not even going back to comment on the comment. lol

Stay away from it. I get the impression that after somebody clicks link, it starts to post the link to the walls of all of your Facebook friends (including anything that was posted on your wall).

it’s going around…don’t trust it or those that sent it to you. in fact, block the person(s) that sent it to you.
