Backing up data using Helium?
I’ve been experiencing significant lag on my Android phone, which has led me to decide to format it. However, I have the Neko Atsume game installed, and unfortunately, there’s no option to log in. If I format my phone, I will lose all my game data, and I’m so close to finding all the cats—cries.
I’ve done quite a bit of research and found that Helium can back up app data and restore it later. I want to back up my data to the internal storage since using cloud backup requires a premium subscription that I can’t afford. However, I’m concerned that if I format my phone, Helium will also be deleted. What’s the point of backing up to internal storage if that’s the case?
Can anyone help me understand if this method works, or am I out of luck? Thank you in advance!
