can I exchage or refund an item bought at Primark at another store?

if I bought something in Oxford Street and I want to exchange it or get a refund can I do that at another Primark branch or do I need to take it back to the branch I bought it from?

Yes you can exchange or refund at any branch, on certain conditions… -If the item is a sale item you can only exchange if that branch has it in stock, and you can’t get money back with it being in the sale.-If the item is not sold at that particular branch, you cannot exchange or get money back from the branch-You cannot exchange it if it has been worn (i.e been worn for a night out) or has any stains on it.Hope i helped? xxxxx

Most stores will let you bring in the receipt for a price adjustment if the sale starts within a week or two of you buying an item. That way you don’t actually return it and buy it again. You would just get the difference in money back.
