You can eat them straight out of the package if you’re desperate, they ARE fully baked, but they are MUCH tastier when toasted. The whole reason they are popular is because of their texture when toasted, with the crisp edges and warm chewy interior, with lots of little holes for the butter to melt into. Microwaving them just doesn’t give you the same texture, there’s no crispness, only pure chewiness, but if that’s what you like, go for it!

English muffins that are not toasted, microwaved or heated in any way are not uncooked they are like bread you can eat them without warming them just like you could with bread, toasting or heating them is up to your preference but no they are not uncooked if you don’t heat them or toast them!

Seriously?? You can tell by looking at them that they are baked..they have the browned bottoms. Yes you can eat them as they are.
