In Final Fantasy XII, does a bundle of needles have to do with 1000 needles? If so, how do I get it to work?

The Bundle of Needles has nothing to do with 1000 Needles.The Bundle of Needles is a loot item needed to create the Huntsman's Crossbow (Recurve Crossbow and Stone Bolts) in the Bazaar. You will also need Festering Flesh x 2 and Ice Magicite x 5.1000 Needles is a technique that becomes available in the Mosphoran Highwaste after you obtain the Dawn Shard or complete the events at Mt.
