Power cord keeps falling out of electric lawn mower. Power cord replaced several times Repair man said socket was ok. Any suggestions?
The power cord for my electric lawn mower keeps falling out, even after replacing it multiple times. A repair technician has confirmed that the socket is functioning properly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue or what might be causing it?

I used to hold a loop of it while I pushed it. The hooks sound like a better idea.
Mine has a set of hooks on the handle for the cord to pay into so there is never any strain on the plug.
If it started to fall out anyway, I would use some electrical zip ties to hold the cord end into the plug.
