Process Driven – Able to do work independently by following a designed process. Basically, they will take the steps needed to achieve a goal without skipping, adding or changing steps and without needing to be told to explicitly by a supervisor.Support Quotations – I’m less sure, but I would imagine they mean able to give evidence to show why a given deliverable has a certain cost. Most often this would be to explain why something costs as much as it does or takes as long as it does. It’s more a task they may be given than a description of the person.

This has been cunningly maipulated during the current conflict to attack those opposed to the war as non-supportive of the troops. These are two separate issues. they are not the same thing. One is expression of philosophical opposition to a policy and series of decisions, the other is in some way insulting or assaulting the returning individual participants simply for having participated, knowing nothing of the circumstances of their service. It’s a trick, a smokescreen, a diversion. Your initial premises are right, by the way.
