Both right blue over gray is the name of an old screw tape but hes referring to a candy paint job that was real popular in the 90s. Somebody would get a grey 96 SS Impala get the top half sprayed candy blue and call it “blue over gray” other popular combo was “wineberry over chrome”... Show More
