What does mean TLC for a car?
I came across a car listing where the seller mentioned that the vehicle "needs some TLC." What does "TLC" mean in this context?

Tender Loving Care. That means, the car is a bit rough around the edges, and probably needs some maintenance done, to make it a decent runner.

I saw someone is selling a car and say the car needs some TLC.
TLC = Tender Loving Care.
Typically means the car is on it’s last leg and you’ll need to nurse it back to health.
