I heard it in the Judas Priest song "the Green Manalishi" (a Fleetwood Mac cover), and i want to know what it is, or if it's just a nonsense word. the only google hits i can find are the song(s) or things which refer back to them.

Actually, it's an archaic Celtic word referring to the male sex organ. As in "Hey baby, when stick my 8 inch manalishi in you, you're gonna be squealing with delight" Green looked at his during a LSD trip and hallucinated that it had turned green. OK I'm just making all that up.
