My chest has a bunch of dot like things all over help?

I dunno. It kind of looks like pimples or a rash or something but its not. Its just like there. I'm wondering how can i get rid of it? Been having it for a while, I tried putting on lotion to get rid of it but it wont disappear. Any help?

If it itches it could be eczema. For that i would go to a doctor and ask for a skin cream called Pro-topic. Or sometimes you can find an over the counter brand at a pharmacy.It could be maliscum. These have to be frozen off. It could also be an allergic reaction to a type of food. Drink lots of water to flush the allergens out of your body.If it is very bad i would go to a dermotologist, or an allergist.... Show More

Try some rash creams and check your diet. Some food could be causing the bumps like excess amounts of fruit or a medication could cause it to. I got something like that when I took codeine. If an over the counter rash/irritation cream or a Benedryl doesn't work, see you doctor and they can prescribe something.... Show More
